RHIAUNA SWITZER

Rhiauna Switzer was born and currently resides in the Tulsa, Oklahoma, area. Her family has always been an active and outdoorsy family so she's been around fishing for as far back as she can remember. She caught her first bass when she was just a toddler and has been hooked ever since. Her passion for the sport continues to grow as the years go by. Her dad has played a major role in her gaining experience through her younger years, and he continues to play a big role in that knowledge as he coaches the team. Her and her partner, Abigail Panak, make up Team Pretty Water and were the first female angler team to take the State Championship trophy. Not only did they come away with that trophy, they also took the title of 2021 Oklahoma Junior Anglers of the Year and were recognized by the State of Oklahoma for their achievements. Along with being a great angler, she also completed her 8th grade year as valedictorian of her class and carries a 4.0 GPA into her freshman year. With her just beginning her high school career, she plans to continue to grow in her love and knowledge for the sport, is up for the challenges ahead, and hopes for a bright future. 'Fishing like a girl' has a whole new meaning to it when it comes to Team Pretty Water!
